The Strength Feed Online Training & Workouts

Below is the first week of workouts including an athlete specific dynamic warm up.  Have fun and keep conditioning players.

The suggestion is to have parents and athletes  subscribe to the account so they can see when I post new videos! Let's also remind them that the exercise videos for the weekly workouts will be posted M/W/F on TSF instagram and facebook.

The Ground Work, Dynamic Stretching and Skipping Series have been added "For all you hockey athletes, these are your warm ups to do every day. These are great drills to help with athleticism and injury prevention."

Stay tuned to the canes pages for more videos on SAQ drills (speed agility quickness).

 

 

TSF Fam,
Over the next few weeks I will be reaching out to collect loaned equipment. As we return to "business as usual" we will do it in stages the same way we closed up. Athletes will return first followed by one on ones, followed by outdoor group classes for adults followed by limited group classes inside and then hopefully normal 10 people classes. Our goal is to get all equipment back and the insides resembling a gym by the 11th. 

Thank you for all of those that have been helping us through this tough time. The next few weeks and leading us into June are going to be the most interesting and tough for me especially. I may lean on a majority of you for some help in one way or another.

Is everyone looking forward to another week of programmed at-home workouts? We are! Don't forget to check those Monday, Wednesday, Friday workouts out below, as well as on our Instagram and Facebook stories on their respective days.

Quick nutrition fact: Did you know that humans cannot synthesize their own Vitamin C, but dogs can? This just means that you should be on top of your Vitamin C consumption. This essential vitamin strengthens the immune system and regular supplementation has shown lower stress hormone levels (cortisol). Stay healthy and stress free, get your Vitamin C folks.

To start things off, Coach Rae will be reaching out to a number of clients this week, so be on the lookout for something from her this week.

Coach Jess wants to challenge you all to support LOCAL farms this week when grabbing produce and groceries. She recommends trying programs like 'the Produce Box' that source fresh and local produce with a weekly rotating "menu" and are delivered directly to you. Let's support those local farmers and cook some delicious home-cooked meals with a variety of veggies. Remember to make your plate as colorful as possible.
