What is going on at the Strength Feed?
We are programming at-home workouts every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday that will be posted on Instagram and Facebook, along with video how-to's. That leaves Tuesday and Thursday open for running, make one day for hill sprints one day for distance running.
Nutrition counseling and consultations are still happening! Coach Jess is happy to take on any and all of you that are still paying your Strength Feed membership. Coach Jess is available to meet via Facetime, Google hangout etc. Now is an opportune time to change habits and take control of your nutrition. Even just an initial consultation is a great way to get you set in the right direction. Get in touch with Coach Jess via email (

Also, we are going to stay active as a community and revive the #FeedYourStrength hashtag. We will use this as a tool to motivate and support each other to better ourselves!

Band of the Year 2020 - Resistance Bands

It's a great idea to order a set online to use at home (or rent from the gym, a limited number are left, contact Joe for info). These are of the most versatile and accessible tools to workout. Since we are all at home for an extended period of time it's definitely worth the investment!
